Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicle options.

Product Expertise:

Study vehicle features, capabilities, and compare with competitors to provide informed advice.

Sales Process:

Conduct test drives, demonstrate features, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain rapport, follow up on leads, manage orders, and handle post-sale support.

Administrative Tasks:

Complete sales paperwork, manage sales reports, and update customer databases.

Dealership Support:

Assist with showroom displays, participate in sales meetings, and attend training.
Core Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Deep understanding of automobiles and current inventory. Goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets. Customer-focused with high satisfaction standards.
Typical Requirements:

Graduate any stream Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
