Job Summary



We are seeking energetic and target-driven

Sales Executives

to drive

residential solar EPC sales

in the Uttar Pradesh region. The role involves identifying prospects, conducting site assessments, delivering customized proposals, and closing deals to promote sustainable solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

site visits and assessments

, explaining solar system feasibility to customers. Present

customized proposals

and close deals with

homeowners, builders, and small businesses

. Maintain and update

lead databases

, ensuring proper follow-up and pipeline management. Consistently achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Support marketing efforts by participating in

branding activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and campaigns

. Ensure smooth handover of projects to the

execution team post-sales

, and collect customer feedback.

Requirements



Graduate with

1-3 years of experience in field sales

. Prior experience in

solar, real estate, or energy industry

preferred. Must have

own vehicle

and willingness to travel locally. Strong

negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
