sales executive's primary role is to develop and implement sales strategies, recruit and train sales staff, and motivate the team to perform at their best.

Roles:

Sales executives create and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. They are responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives. Sales executives track sales data, identify trends, and analyze performance to ensure the team is on track to meet goals. Sales executives are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. They prepare sales reports, analyze market data, and make sales forecasts to help the company plan and budget effectively.

Must:

Graduation/12th pass can also apply.

2+ years of sales or field sales or marketing.

Must have own bike and valid DL.
