Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Executive
with
automobile industry experience
to manage customer interactions, vehicle presentations, lead follow-ups, and sales closures. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and experienced in showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle options.
Provide product demonstrations, feature explanations, and price discussions.
Coordinate and manage test drives.
Handle enquiries and follow up on leads through calls and in-person interactions.
Maintain daily lead tracking and update CRM records.
Work with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to complete the sales process.
Achieve assigned sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Participate in local promotional activities or events, when required.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in automobile sales is mandatory.
Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
Good understanding of vehicle features, variants, and pricing.
Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Graduate (Any Stream)
