Understand customer financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct financial planning discussions and guide clients with suitable investment options.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and advisory.
Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and BFSI industry developments.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field

Strong knowledge of financial products, investment planning, and wealth management.
