The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a good understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Keep clients informed about new projects, pricing, and offers
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (real estate experience preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
Knowledge of local real estate market trends
Two-wheeler with valid license (if field role)
