Job Summary



We are looking for a motivated and empathetic

International Career Counselling Sales Executive

to convert inbound leads from webinars, digital campaigns, and referrals into enrolled students. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide students and parents through international education and career pathways. Leads should be generated by the candidate.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and manage

your own sales leads

through personal networks and referrals Sell

online International Career Coaching webinars

to prospective customers Handle the

end-to-end sales cycle

: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closures. Achieve

weekly sales targets of 18 successful conversions

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Conduct sales conversations via

phone calls, video calls, and online platforms

Maintain accurate sales records and follow reporting requirements Work independently in a

remote, performance-driven environment


Sales & Lead Conversion



Convert inbound leads generated from webinars, digital campaigns, and enquiries into paid counselling or application services Conduct detailed career counselling sessions over phone/video calls Understand student profiles, career goals, budget, and timelines to recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Webinar & Campaign Follow-ups



Promptly follow up with webinar attendees within defined SLAs Qualify leads as hot, warm, or cold based on readiness Schedule one-on-one counselling sessions post-webinar Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for conversions

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum

2 years of experience in B2C sales or business development

Proven ability to

source and convert self-generated leads

Strong

communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Experience in

online sales, webinar sales, or education/coaching sales

is a plus Comfortable working with

sales targets and performance metrics

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented Ability to

join immediately

is highly preferred
