Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving company growth by developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Duties

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies for business development Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships Utilize technology sales tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business development efforts Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to closing deals

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs Excellent negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of retail sales, technical sales, and upselling techniques Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
