Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive Course Sales:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for NEET PG and FMGE courses through effective lead conversion.

Customer Engagement:

Proactively reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and other channels to educate them on Medway Online's offerings.

Identify Needs:

Understand the unique needs of NEET PG and FMGE aspirants and match them with appropriate Medway Online courses and resources.

Build Relationships:

Foster long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners to promote brand loyalty and referrals.

Stay Updated:

Keep up with Medway Online's latest courses, offers, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Collaborate with Marketing:

Work closely with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and leverage promotional materials for increased sales impact.

Customer Support:

Assist prospective students with inquiries regarding the courses, registration process, and any other support needed.

Qualifications and Skills:



Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in a sales role, preferably in the online education sector or fresher with sales knowledge welcome Knowledge of NEET PG and FMGE exams and their preparation landscape. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Goal-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
