Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive Course Sales:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for NEET PG and FMGE courses through effective lead conversion.

Customer Engagement:

Proactively reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and other channels to educate them on Medway Online's offerings.

Identify Needs:

Understand the unique needs of NEET PG and FMGE aspirants and match them with appropriate Medway Online courses and resources.

Build Relationships:

Foster long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners to promote brand loyalty and referrals.

Stay Updated:

Keep up with Medway Online's latest courses, offers, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Collaborate with Marketing:

Work closely with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and leverage promotional materials for increased sales impact.

Customer Support:

Assist prospective students with inquiries regarding the courses, registration process, and any other support needed.

Qualifications and Skills:



Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the online education sector. Knowledge of NEET PG and FMGE exams and their preparation landscape. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Goal-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
