We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the
doors and frames industry
. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the doors and frames market.
Meet with architects, contractors, builders, and dealers to promote company products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical knowledge to clients.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales within building materials / construction / doors & frames industry
preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Good knowledge of the local market and client network (architects, builders, contractors).
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
