Job Description

1. Customer Handling & Sales



Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, and pricing. Conduct test drives and ensure customer comfort and safety. Provide offers, financing options, and exchange information. Follow the complete sales process from enquiry to delivery.

2. Lead Management & Follow-ups



Handle walk-in, online, and phone enquiries. Maintain customer records in CRM. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective buyers. Convert leads into sales by effective communication and persuasion.

3. Product Knowledge



Stay updated on all vehicle models, trims, features, and new launches. Understand technical details, safety features, and competitive vehicles. Provide accurate information and comparisons to customers.

4. Vehicle Display & Showroom Management



Ensure vehicles on display are clean and well-presented. Arrange brochures, price lists, and promotional material. Maintain an attractive and customer-friendly showroom environment.

5. Coordination With Internal Teams



Coordinate with finance, insurance, and exchange teams. Work with the delivery team to ensure timely and smooth vehicle handover. Collaborate with service department for customer queries or issues.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
