School Dekho is seeking a motivated and target-driven
Sales Executive
to promote and sell School Dekho's services to
school owners, principals, and school management teams
. The role focuses on building relationships with schools, explaining our value proposition, and converting interested prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Reach out to school owners, directors, principals, and management representatives.
Present and explain School Dekho's services, including school profile listings, verified badges, lead generation, and promotional solutions.
Convert assigned leads into paid clients through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.
Act as the single point of contact for schools during the onboarding process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery after conversion.
Lead Management & Reporting
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.
Market Understanding
Understand the education sector, school admission cycles, and competitors.
Collect feedback from schools to help improve School Dekho's offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or undergraduate (education background preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Ability to confidently interact with school owners and senior management.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and MS Excel.
Experience
1-3 years of experience
in sales, business development, or education sales.
Experience in B2B or education sector sales will be an added advantage.
