Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Providing product information, pricing and quotations to customers.. To addresses customer inquiries & concerns promptly. Identify and acquire new customers in the particular region. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Meet sales targets and expand market presence. Generate reports and provide insights on customer needs Promote company products and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Two-wheeler preferred.
