We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell gold loan products across key locations in Bangalore. Ideal candidates should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits, area mapping, and local marketing. Conduct door-to-door campaigns and cold calls. Assess and appraise gold ornaments for loan processing. Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits to customers. Ensure timely collections of interest and principal. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Meet monthly sales targets and submit activity reports. Adhere to internal guidelines and RBI compliance.

Requirements:

1-4 years of field sales experience (preferably in gold loans/financial services). Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Familiarity with local areas and customer profiles. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based role.
