We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate sales growth across India. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, conduct impactful sales conversations, schedule meetings, and support client onboarding. You will work closely with the Solution Team and leadership, acting as the primary point of contact for building long-term relationships with clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, is comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify target prospects within the manufacturing and industrial sectors through cold calling and proactive outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Initial Sales Engagement: Deliver compelling product pitches, conduct discovery discussions, and confidently handle objections.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Onboarding: Arrange sales meetings, support the client onboarding process, and ensure smooth handovers to the Solution Team.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to maintain momentum with prospects.
  • Field Travel: Travel extensively across India--including Tier III locations--to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • Extensive Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including visits to Tier III and semi-urban markets.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Cold Calling Skills: Strong confidence in initiating conversations and engaging prospects via cold calls.
  • Energy & Drive: High-energy, dynamic personality with a persistent and disciplined approach.
  • Ownership Mindset: Takes full responsibility for outcomes and execution.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to communicate effectively with senior professionals, business owners, and SME leaders.
