We are hiring Sales Executives / Sales Managers for the Bancassurance channel to promote and sell General Insurance and Health Insurance products through partner bank branches across India.

This role is suitable for freshers looking to start their career in insurance sales as well as candidates with prior bancassurance experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sell General Insurance and Health Insurance products through assigned bank branches Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff Generate and convert leads received from the bancassurance channel Support bank staff in customer meetings and policy closures Conduct basic product training and engagement activities for bank teams Achieve assigned monthly sales targets Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Maintain sales records and basic MIS reporting

Experienced Candidates

Minimum 1 year experience in Bancassurance / Insurance Sales Experience in General Insurance or Health Insurance is mandatory CTC up to ₹3.50 LPA

Bancassurance / Banca Sales General Insurance & Health Insurance knowledge Relationship management with bank staff Sales & target achievement mindset Communication and interpersonal skills Customer handling and negotiation skills Willingness to work in a field-based role Basic understanding of compliance and documentation
This is a PAN India hiring role. Final location will be assigned based on vacancy and candidate preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
