Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic

Sales Executive

to drive business through the banca channel. The role focuses on promoting and selling financial products via bank partnerships while building strong relationships with clients and bank staff. The ideal candidate is target-driven, has strong communication skills, and can deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve sales targets through banca partnerships. Promote and sell financial products such as insurance, loans, and investment plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients. Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service. Report sales activities and performance regularly to the reporting manager.

Key Requirements:



1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI. Graduate (any discipline). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and proactive approach.
