Sales Executive (Back Office)

Fresher or 1-1.5 years

in a similar field (

preferably on IndiaMart or other B2B platforms)

: - 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM.

INDIAMART - Handling lead management, client communication,

follow-ups, and product inquiries through the IndiaMart platform.

? Manage daily IndiaMart leads and inquiries.

? Respond to client queries via call/email/chat in a professional and timely manner.

? Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients.

? Maintain records of customer interactions and sales leads in an Excel sheet.

? Coordinate with the technical team for product details and pricing.

?

Support the sales team in documentation and other administrative tasks.

?

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
