Job Title: Back-End Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer calling databases, lead records, and sales pipelines.
Handle customer inquiries through email and phone.
Follow up with clients for taking orders, dispatch, payment and deliveries.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports and achieve targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in backend sales, inside sales, or marketing support.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
