Role Overview



The Sales Executive (B2B) will be responsible for

generating business from institutional and corporate clients

, supporting tender-based sales, coordinating with technical and project teams, and driving revenue growth for infrastructure, fabrication, and civil engineering projects.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in

industrial and infrastructure sales

Key Responsibilities : Business Development & Sales



Identify and develop new

B2B clients

including contractors, infrastructure companies, EPC firms, industrial buyers, and government-linked entities.

Promote company offerings such as

metal structures, fabrication solutions, and civil/infrastructure project capabilities

.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements.

Tender & Proposal Support



Assist in identifying

tenders, RFQs, and contract opportunities

(government and private).

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare

quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial submissions

.

Follow up on submitted bids and support negotiations.

Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Act as a single point of contact for customer coordination during pre-sales stages.

Collect client feedback and market insights for management review.

Coordination & Internal Support



Liaise with

engineering, fabrication, procurement, and project teams

to ensure feasibility and accurate pricing.

Support contract documentation and order finalization processes.

Reporting & Documentation



Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and client databases.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Candidate ProfileEducation



Graduate / Diploma in

Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

preferred.

Experience



1-2 years of experience in

B2B sales

, preferably in:

o Infrastructure

o Construction

o Engineering

o Industrial or fabrication-related industries

(Freshers with strong aptitude for industrial sales may also be considered.)

Key Skills & Competencies



Basic understanding of

B2B sales processes



Willingness to learn

technical and project-based selling



Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Readiness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
