Research and build a database of decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads, Procurement Heads) in MNCs and large enterprises.
Monitor industry trends, upcoming plants, and expansion plans to uncover potential automation opportunities.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Approach key MNCs and large enterprises to introduce automation and computer vision solutions.
Develop relationships with OEMs, integrators, and key stakeholders to create business opportunities.
Arrange product demonstrations, technical discussions, and factory visits to showcase solutions like
Knit-I
and other CountAI offerings.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Build and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify potential clients where automation can reduce costs, improve quality, and optimize production lines.
Work with the marketing and technical teams to create customized proposals, quotations, and ROI justifications for clients.
Project Coordination & Closing
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from the first inquiry to the final contract signing.
Coordinate with internal R&D and engineering teams to translate client requirements into technical specifications.
Manage negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closure with a solution-driven approach.
Networking & Partnerships
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build visibility and pipeline.
Forge strategic partnerships with automation vendors, OEMs, and consultants to create new business avenues.
Reporting & Insights
Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce or internal tools) with accurate client data, lead status, and progress reports.
Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing strategies, and industry demand.
Submit weekly and monthly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and order status.
