Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and channel partners all over India.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term business relationships. Target-driven and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. Good understanding of B2B sales cycle and client management. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
