Role Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Executive (B2B Services)
for our
Infopark Kochi office
, focused on
Indian market lead handling, client communication, and service sales
related to UAE business services.
This is a
target-driven role
requiring strong communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed service orders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Handle inbound and outbound
B2B sales calls
related to UAE business services
Perform
cold calling
to Indian companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Plus UAE services
Close sales independently and achieve assigned monthly targets
Client Communication
Communicate clearly and professionally in
English
(mandatory)
Explain service scope, timelines, pricing, and documentation requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for service execution after deal closure
Lead & CRM Management
Update leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or assigned tracking system
Maintain accurate client data and sales status reports
Ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure or rejection
Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements
Minimum
2 years of B2B service sector sales experience
Strong
English speaking and communication skills
Proven
cold calling experience
Comfortable with
target-based sales environment
Willing to work from
Infopark Kochi office
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience selling services (consulting, documentation, compliance, IT, education, or professional services)
Familiarity with CRM systems
Exposure to UAE, GCC, or international service sales
