Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and corporate meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and offer customized travel solutions (flights, hotels, visa, forex, group travel, MICE, etc.).
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle pricing negotiations.
Coordinate with internal operations & ticketing teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain sales database, reporting & communication records in CRM.
Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and business expansion strategies.
Attend corporate events and client meets to promote services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of experience in
B2B Sales
(Travel / Hospitality / Corporate Sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term business relationships with clients.
Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
Proficiency in
MS Office
& CRM tools.
Flexible to travel for meetings when required.
