Role Overview:
We are seeking energetic Sales Executives to drive new business and grow adoption of
VOLKAI HR
among students, colleges, and SMEs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persuasive, and passionate about technology-driven solutions.
As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you'll work in a hybrid model with 60% office based and 40% field activities, where you will actively participate in lead generation, client meetings, sales conversions, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, cold calls, emails, and events.
Client Meetings & Demos: Conduct product demos (virtual & in-person) and explain value propositions.
Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals with students, colleges, and SMEs.
Follow-up & CRM: Maintain sales pipeline in CRM; ensure timely follow-ups.
Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with product/marketing teams.
Brand Representation: Participate in college events, seminars, and networking activities to promote VOLKAI HR.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of sales/business development experience (SaaS/Tech/EdTech preferred).
Good communication & presentation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets under deadlines.
Strong networking & persuasion skills.
Comfortable with online tools (CRM, LinkedIn etc.).
Graduate degree in Business/Marketing/Technology (preferred).
