Job Description

Role Summary:

The B2B Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail dealers and institutional buyers to drive bulk and recurring sales. This role involves prospecting, lead management, order fulfillment, and channel partner support across the motorcycle accessories segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new dealers and institutional clients.

Manage ongoing communication with B2B customers and partners.

Create and present product pitches and sales proposals.

Coordinate bulk orders and ensure timely fulfillment.

Monitor dealer performance and support sales targets.

Maintain CRM records and track B2B sales pipeline.

Participate in dealer meets, trade shows, and roadshows.

Collaborate with marketing to generate dealer-specific offers.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Business, Sales, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (automotive or allied industry preferred).

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Good command over Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.

Understanding of the premium motorcycle ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
