Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Manage B2B sales activities and achieve monthly targets
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings
• Share updates with the team and improve sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (any stream)
• 2+ years of B2B international trading experience
• Strong sales skills with proven ability to close deals
• Experience using CRM systems
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using technology and online platforms
