Key Responsibilities
Proactively
generate and nurture business leads
through outbound calls targeting fintech merchants, micro-ATM operators, and small business owners.
Pitch fintech solutions--AePS, DMT, micro-ATM services, bill payments, insurance, mutual funds, and travel bookings.
Understand merchant needs
and articulate the value proposition clearly to drive B2B onboarding.
Negotiate terms and close sales
, working with internal teams (operations, account, support) to activate services for clients.
Maintain and update
CRM records
, monitor pipeline health, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Heads to refine pitch, overcome objections, and ensure seamless merchant integration.
Stay current on fintech trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years in
B2B Sales
or
inside sales, specifically within fintech, digital payments, financial services, or payment gateways.
Strong verbal and written communication in
Hindi & English
