Identify and onboard B2B channel partners, including individuals, gyms, wellness centers, and other healthcare affiliates to drive referrals and scan/test bookings.
Plan and execute B2C marketing activities across residential communities (RWAs) using
impactful marketing materials to boost awareness and conversions.
Drive on-ground marketing initiatives (BTL) targeting specific customer segments to grow our user base in key areas.
Take full ownership of conversion metrics and ROI from offline marketing campaigns.
Build strong community-level brand presence and grow patient acquisition through
consistent, high-impact outreach.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets as per business goals.
Required Skills:
2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and the local language.
Prior experience with BTL activities and RWA marketing is preferred.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on-ground across different locations.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Must own a two-wheeler and a mobile phone.
