Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cosmetic products Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Coordinate with marketing and product development teams for sales alignment Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
