We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to both
B2B (Business-to-Business)
and
B2C (Business-to-Consumer)
sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in CRM tools.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Freshers can apply).
0-1 year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Open to travel as required for client meetings.
Immediate joiners preferred.
