Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade, and institutional clients
Identify new B2B customers and negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms
Handle key accounts and ensure timely order execution and collections
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for smooth order fulfillment
B2C Sales Responsibilities
Increase product visibility and sales through retail outlets, kirana stores, supermarkets, and direct consumers
Execute in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities
Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and shelf visibility
Conduct market visits and gather customer feedback
Market Development
Expand distribution network in assigned territory
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes
Share market intelligence with management
Support trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns

Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of FMCG sales processes (primary & secondary sales)
Experience in B2B and B2C sales
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and manage distributor and retailer relationships
Target-driven and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Prior experience in FMCG sales preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
