Position Overview


The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the wholesale building materials industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about building materials and industry trends and can provide expert guidance and solutions to clients.

REQUIREMENTS



6+ Years of Experience in Sales.



5+ Years of Experience in Lightning Industry.



Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials market. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge & Promotion



Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and relevant industry standards. Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Offer technical advice and support related to product applications and specifications.

Sales Operations



Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements. Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure--ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

Collaboration & Teamwork



Work closely with sales colleagues and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.

Reporting & Analysis



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in the wholesale building materials industry. Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
