Key Responsibilties



Engage with leads provided by the marketing team. Make outbound calls to prospects and explain the Avaana Farms offering. Coordinate and schedule

farm visits

as per the customer's convenience -- including weekends and festival days if required. Accompany or guide customers during their

site visits

and provide detailed project information. Follow up with leads post-visit and assist in converting them into buyers. Maintain CRM entries and provide regular status updates to the team.

Requirements:



Must be a native Kannada speaker

with a deep understanding of local culture and values.

Proficient in English

- both spoken and written. Prior experience in sales or customer-facing (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle products) is a plus. Should be open to working on weekends and public holidays based on client appointments. Passionate about nature, sustainable living, and customer engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
