Engage with leads provided by the marketing team.
Make outbound calls to prospects and explain the Avaana Farms offering.
Coordinate and schedule
farm visits
as per the customer's convenience -- including weekends and festival days if required.
Accompany or guide customers during their
site visits
and provide detailed project information.
Follow up with leads post-visit and assist in converting them into buyers.
Maintain CRM entries and provide regular status updates to the team.
Requirements:
Must be a native Kannada speaker
with a deep understanding of local culture and values.
Proficient in English
- both spoken and written.
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle products) is a plus.
Should be open to working on weekends and public holidays based on client appointments.
Passionate about nature, sustainable living, and customer engagement.
