Job Description

A Sales Executive sells new/used vehicles by understanding customer needs, offering product knowledge, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and closing deals, while also managing leads, building client relationships, processing paperwork, and achieving sales targets for the dealership, acting as the key link between the buyer and the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet visitors, identify their needs, and match them with suitable vehicles.

• Product Expertise: Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing, and compare models.

• Sales Process: Conduct test drives, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and complete sales contracts.

• Lead & Relationship Management: Follow up on leads, maintain customer databases, and build rapport for repeat business.

• Dealership Operations: Assist with showroom displays, process sales paperwork, and liaise with finance departments.

• Target Achievement: Meet personal and dealership sales goals.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and attend training.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong product knowledge and attention to detail.

• Drive to meet sales targets and provide high customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Often requires a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.

• FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) training required in some regions for finance advice.
