Job Summary - Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated

Sales Executive

who excels at generating and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs, qualify leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This role involves working with both new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis. Generate new business opportunities from both new and existing customer accounts. Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Manage and support complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to take on new challenges. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM). Prior sales experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
