We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. This role requires proficiency in English communication and the ability to confidently engage and convert leads across international markets.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers via calls & emails
Present and promote solar solutions tailored to client needs
Effectively explain the benefits and ROI of solar systems
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (in any discipline)
1+ years of proven sales experience
Experience in the solar/renewable energy sector would be beneficial
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Willingness to work in Australian time zones
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
