The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calling to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients. Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with existing customers. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Experience



Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within technology or technical sales environments. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and telemarketing techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing sales deals successfully. Experience in outbound calling and generating leads through proactive outreach efforts. A background in customer service is a plus, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.
