Drive Sales of bio-stimulants and specialty fertilizers across Kodagu & nearby region.
Identify and establish relationships with key Distributors, Dealers, Agri-cooperatives, large-scale farmers, and agri-business corporations.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies.
Develop annual sales plans and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and provide feedback to management.
