Profile Brief:

An Internal Sales Executive in the automation industry focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals remotely. Their responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, understanding customer needs, and using automation tools to streamline the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:



Prospecting for new clients through various channels like email, social media, and phone calls.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead information.

Sales Cycle Management:



Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including qualifying leads, conducting demos, and negotiating contracts.

Product Knowledge:



Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's products and services, like PLC Programming and SCADA HMI, including their features, benefits, and pricing.

Customer Service:



Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Reporting:



Creating regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, documentations, deals closed, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration:



Working effectively with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts and achieve company goals.

Automation Tools:



Utilizing automation tools and technology to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.

Market Research:



Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

Achieving Sales Targets:



Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Key Skills:



Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Proven sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to learn and utilize automation tools and technology.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges.

A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
