Position Overview
We are hiring
Assistant Managers - Sales
and
Sales Executives
to drive direct sales of our business software products. You'll be responsible for the
end-to-end sales process
-- from lead generation to closure -- and play a key role in the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential customers across sectors (HVAC, Services, Manufacturing, etc.)
Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, and digital channels
Conduct
online and on-site product presentations and demos
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
Maintain a strong sales pipeline in our CRM system
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
Travel to other cities as needed for business meetings, demos, and promotional events
Candidate Profile
Education
: Graduate or Diploma in IT / Software / Business (preferred)
Experience
:
Sales Executive
: 1-3 years in B2B software / SaaS / IT product sales
Assistant Manager - Sales
: 3-5 years in enterprise software sales
Skills
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and present confidently
Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps, and general tech tools
Mindset
:
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
Compensation
Assistant Manager - Sales
: ?5 - ?6.5 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
Sales Executive
: ?3.6 - ?4.5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
