to manage and grow our OEM sales operations in the Faridabad, Gurgaon, and Delhi NCR regions. The candidate will be responsible for channel development, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
product demonstrations
and technical presentations at industrial sites and client locations.
Drive
primary sales
and ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved.
Develop and manage
channel sales
network including distributors and dealers.
Establish strong relationships with OEM clients and key decision-makers.
Regularly visit OEM customers in sectors like
Plywood, Paints, Sanitation, Electricals, and Tiles
.
Identify new business opportunities and work to
expand the customer base
.
Handle
team coordination
, lead generation support, and territory planning.
Monitor
market trends
, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Experience:
3-7 years in
B2B Sales
or
Channel Sales
Must have experience in selling to OEMs in industries like
Plywood, Paints, Sanitation, Electrical or Tiles
Experience in
handling a sales team
or junior executives is a plus.
Required Skills:
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Proven
track record in sales
target achievement.
Deep understanding of
channel sales
and distribution networks.
Good knowledge of the
Delhi NCR industrial landscape
.
Team management
and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

and CRM tools.
Remuneration:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance. Incentives based on sales achievement.
