Sales Executives / Assistant Sales Managers

with real estate experience to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, references, and other channels. Conduct client meetings, explain project details, and arrange site visits. Convert leads into successful closures by effective follow-up and negotiation. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities. Maintain accurate sales data and provide timely reports to management.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

(mandatory). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
