Identify and approach potential merchants (shops, hotels, restaurants, retailers, etc.)
Pitch and sell Paytm Swiping Machines (POS devices)
Explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers to merchants
Complete merchant onboarding and documentation
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide basic training to merchants on device usage
Maintain good relationships for long-term retention
Report daily sales activities to the supervisor
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience in field sales / POS / fintech sales is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Must have a smartphone
Bike/scooter preferred for field movement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
