We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our sales
team at BroadNet Technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication
skills, exceptional pitching abilities, and a keen interest in lead generation. This role is
perfect for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in sales within the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling,
networking, and digital outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
? Effective Pitching: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective
clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our SMS solutions.
? Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients,
understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
? Sales Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales
strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
? CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and
sales activities in our CRM system.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales
efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
? Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and provide insights for
continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are
encouraged to apply) MBA in Marketing.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and
persuade effectively.
? Excellent pitching and presentation skills.
? Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.
