Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing / Packaging (PET, Preform, 20 Ltrs Jar Dispenser & Other Plastic Items)

Experience: 2-3 years

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in plastic products such as PET bottles, preforms, 20-liter jar dispensers, and other plastic items, preferably dealing with beverage companies. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with beverage companies and distributors

Promote and sell plastic products including PET/preform, jar dispensers, and other plastic packaging items

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product presentations

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales orders

Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and follow up on payments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in plastic products (PET, preform, jar dispenser, plastic packaging)

Experience dealing with beverage companies will be an added advantage

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing, and sales reporting

Willingness to travel for market visits

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (MBA or marketing background preferred but not mandatory)
