, The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads , building strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and maintain regular communication with
travel agents, corporate clients,
to generate business leads.
Promote hotel rooms, packages, and services to potential clients and partners.
Achieve assigned
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
Conduct client meetings, property tours, and presentations to convert leads into bookings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities in the tracking system.
Participate in marketing and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
in hotel sales, travel agency, or hospitality
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the
travel trade, market, and local hospitality trends
.
Willingness to
travel frequently
for client meetings and property visits.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
