Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned retail outlets and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities, ensure product visibility, and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, merchandising, and display of products at retail points.
Prepare regular sales, collection, and market feedback reports as per company requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG retail sales or field sales, preferably in general trade.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the FMCG sector.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with local markets in and around Kamrup/Kamrup (M) will be an advantage.
Educational qualification
Graduate, Post Graduate / MBA / PGDBM or equivalent, preferably with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
Additional advantage
Experience or skills in market research, data analysis, and preparation of market intelligence reports will be considered an added advantage.
