. The candidate will be responsible for dealer management, lead generation, sales growth, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned region
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activities
Ensure product visibility and brand promotion at dealer outlets
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer data
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be target-driven and self-motivated
Willing to travel within the assigned territory
Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM)
